A-star Tuition was first established in Oldham in 2010 and has rapidly grown into a household name and a trusted private tuition services provider. At A-star Tuition, we have a very strong belief; “Age is but a number, appreciate the mind” …and we do not let talent go to waste. We intentionally seek out exceptional minds, nurture them, understand them and help the child (sometimes as young as 7 years old) to develop and harness their talent. Tuition for all Stages of Education

From Early years right through to A-Level and beyond. A-Star Tuition offers private classes for students aged 5-20 years old.

EYFS Classes

Our Early Years Foundation Stage classes are for 3.5-5 year olds. We
teach them phonics, reading, writing, numeracy & literacy. Our classes are taught by our EYFS specialist with over 12 YEAR’S experience.

Primary & Secondary

Our classes for Primary & Secondary students are taught by Qualified Postgraduate Mathematics, Qualified Postgraduate Science & Qualified Primary degree holders, with over 8-10 year’s experience.

College Classes

Our A-level classes in Pure Mathematics, Mechanics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology are taught by qualified A-Level specialists with over 8-10 year’s experience.

Specialist Private Tuition

A-Star Tuition offers a range of specialist tuition for all levels of education

  • Early GCSE/A-Level classes

    For gifted & talented students. We nurture primary school children in passing early GCSE’s.

  • Grammar school entrance exam training

    We offer training classes for the 11+ exams and grammar school entrance exams.

  • Holiday Clubs

    We offer a range of holiday clubs including cake baking classes, forest school, STEM classes etc.

  • Mock exam sessions

    We specialise in GCSE, AS and A2 level tuition covering all core subjects.

Hands on interactive Science, Technology, Engineering & Math based Workshops designed to inspire and mentor our young Primary students looking to enter future careers in STEM.
